My name is Daimeon Brown and I am 36 years old. I love my family, I am a physical and mental trainer as well. I love helping people to be able to reach their fitness goals so that they can love how they look when they look in the mirror.
I am Rodney Martin, I enjoy training my clients and myself. People always say that I am a super awesome team player and is always willing to go above and beyond. I was once a apart of the Jamaica Defence Force as a soldier. I enjoy working at Express fitness very much and once more again I am just awesome.
