Loflin Jackson is a husband, father, food aficionado, motivational and personal trainer. His first love was Culinary Arts which he is passionate about. Knowing that proper diet and exercise is important he started exercising with the encouragenent of friends. He is employed at Express Fitness 24/7 in Jamaica.
