The reason why I joined the Express Fitness Team is because of the vast majority of individuals who are part of their fitness world. I am able to use my talent, technique and expertise to assist persons looking for a better future in health and fitness. It is a joy to see persons I train and assist reach their goals, and it is especially rewarding to see the joy from persons who are part of my classes.
